Faulty products: Sometimes products are faulty when manufactured or they can be damaged in transit. It is unfortunate that this sometimes happens. However, contact us as within 10 days of receiving the item and we will work out details on how to return it. If you purchased in-store you can drop back in or give us a call. 2nd Hand records on the website are graded according to condition. We try to visually inspect all 2nd Hand records sold in store however as there is over 17000 items it’s possible that some get missed. We are more than happy to assist resolve any customer problems.
